We understand that talking to someone is always more personal and friendlier. However, booking over the phone can someones be lengthy process, specially when the clinic is busy and you do not get a desire appointment slot. Booking appointment online makes it easy to see when your dentist is available in one view and book a preferred slot in few easy steps.
In general you can book online for any dental treatment. However, for complex treatments it is recommended to book a consultation before proceeding a booking for exact treatments.

In general we open online booking for up to a month. You will only see the most recent ones in your first screen, Choosing a particular date will show you appointments around that date.
Yes, you may book for your family or friends. Please remember that the phone and email associated with booking might be yours. You will need the phone number used for booking to be with you while you book as you will need to verify a code sent by SMS.
We can change their number once they visit for the appointment or fill in the contact details in the form we send online.
You do not need to pay anything at the moment you book online. There are no extra charges for booking your dentist online.
There is absolutely no difference between the online appointment vs the ones you get by visiting or calling the clinic. You get the same top service and the best rates from our team.
All dentist appointments made online from our website is confirmed appointment. There is no need to confirm it separately. If you have taken an appointment more than 2 days away, you will also get a reminder SMS from the clinic 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
If you are an existing patient of ours, your appointment will be confirmed and there are no further steps.
If you are a new patient to the clinic, you will receive an SMS with a link to Medical History form. It is recommended to fill this form online before your visit the practice as it will save you time during the appointment and help us be prepared for you better. In cases where you cannot fill this online, you can also fill it in once you visit for your appointment.
For all patients who book online for appointments more that 2 days later, you will get a reminder for your appointment 2 days prior to your appointment through an SMS.
In case you need to reschedule your appointment, you can call the clinic 24 hours prior to the appointment and reschedule it. Rescheduling it after that may incur cancellation fee.
